Pretty happy with this purchase… I actually saw these advertised in InStyle as “cellulite reducing” and I was up for trying anything. I am not sure if these will actually reduce cellulite, but I know when I wear them, I do get a better workout. They are heavy but very comfortable and I have worn them on very long walks without any problems. I had no problem adjusting to walking in them either. A little expensive, but I actually think they are worth it!
Excellent shoes – When I first got them they felt a little weird, you need a couple of days to get used to them. But once you do they are awesome. I use “sport low” to work out and “professional” for work. I used to have pain in my knee and by the end of the day my feet were aching, not anymore my feet are never fatigued and I walk about 13-14 miles/day. They really tone; I’ve never received so many compliments on my legs. Michael Kors Domino Boots, for womens. I have a wide foot and the shoe definitely accommodate. Next I plan to purchase the sport sandals. I love these shoes and I will always be an MBT customer. Also I love Zappos always excellent service, prompt deliveries and easy returns I can’t imagine ever going back to the shoe stores.
You won’t be sorry if you splurge on these shoes. Like having your own mini-gym 24 hours a day. I actually feel energized while wearing these and if I’m not mistaken, my thighs are looking more toned every day. They do take a bit of getting used to (feel kind of “clompy” and large). I can’t drive a stick shift in these! Well worth the investment. NO REGRETS.
I bought the sandal version two years ago, and am very happy with both. This seems to have more cushion, though. It’s so comfortable and I like the notion that I’m getting a workout while walking with them on my feet.
Miracle Shoes – I work in a Pharmaceutical Company packaging medication. The floor of course is concrete. We very seldom sit down so it is 8 hours on our feet on the concrete. So far this company hasn’t made steel toe shoes but the walk in and out is the size of a football field. My feet and joints feel so much better since I have these to soften the walk and relieve the arthritis pain. I can not sell them enough. My poster has also improved and I feel so much better over all. Thank you for the discount. And quick delivery.
I’m not a true believer- YET! I tried wearing these bartending for a few hours. I wasn’t very busy, and don’t think they are meant for standing around. I will try them more when I am moving around. I can definitely feel that I am using my core more with them on. Michael Kors Domino Shoes. I would never wear them with shorts in public (especially after a few “moon boot” comments), so won’t get a ton of use from them this summer, except for around the house. I’m hoping to become a believer soon, though! Domino Boots
Nice shoe – Had to buy this shoe to try and see what all the hype was. I liked this shoe but I can’t say that I loved it. I can see how a shoe like this would help with posture and your core. You can’t help but stand straight when you are wearing them. They are super comfortable. . . I know it may seem weird but they are, and to be honest I like to wear 3″ heels so these are great just because they make you feel 4″ taller and when you’re petite and 5′ tall 4″ makes a difference. The look. . . . well . . . let’s face it they don’t look the greatest but I’m willing to look beyond that. I actually like to run but because of a pain in my foot that I get after running over 4 miles I thought I give walking on these MBT’s a try. I’ve read rave reviews about this shoe and I guess my thought is if you have a lot of disposable income and walk a lot as a form of exercise buy them. It would be an investment and if you find yourself using them at least 4 times a day you’ll get your moneys worth. I didn’t get to walk out doors with them but just walking around my house. . . I could feel my body working harder. The shape of the sole helps you to roll through your foot almost giving you a bit of a stretching feeling in the back of your heel. Again . . . nice shoe . . . and it probably works but so do my regular running shoes. I also had issues with my heel coming off the back. Michael Kors Domino Boots. I suggest buying half a size up because when you exercise feet tend to swell . . . at least that’s pretty true when it comes to running. Overall I like the shoe . . . I would love it if someone else paid for it. Oh and one last thing the grey pair which is what I bought is really dark . . . white or black look much better. Womens Domino Footwear
MBT Sport Shoes – The MBT Shoes are different – they on purpose forces one to walk differently and to use muscles that are not normally used in walking. They are also very. The shoes come with a DVD that explains how to use it. I think a special training session may be useful. It takes some time to get used to them – and it is advisable to walk shorter distances in the beginning in order to get the unused muscles up to speed and in order to become comfortable. I overdid the first walk and because of that, needed to “relearn” my walking. I also find the standard shoes to be too narrow and they get too hot in the summer heat – because of this I try to use them currently only for my evening walks. I still do not find them comfortable for long use and quite uncomfortable for driving.
MBT sneakers – These are the best walking shoes if you have back or neck problems. They have wonderful support and cushioning. I felt they were easy to walk in and did not require any great adjustments in posture or stride. I have been pain free since I bought them and wear them every day. I would suggest going up a size.
I’m writing this review on look, fit and feel. I have not yet trained in them, so I’ll write another review once I’ve gotten some use out of them. First of all, these shoes are HEAVY. I’m sure it has something to do with the technology involved. I don’t really mind, but if this is an issue for you, keep it in mind. Second, I have to say these shoes are pretty darn ugly and make your feet look like gunboats. Again, I don’t really care as long as they perform as they are supposed to but I would never wear them when not exercising (and I don’t have conservative taste in shoes/clothing). Third, I think these run small. I’m a solid 8.5 in shoes. If shoes come in whole sizes only, I’m a 9. I ordered the 39 (supposedly an 8.5) and the 39 2/3 (supposedly a 9). I usually take a 39 euro size; I take a 39 in Dansko professional clogs. The 39 were WAY too small. My toes were totally pressing against the end of the shoe. The 39 2/3 had plenty of room, almost a bit too much but I figure I can wear thick socks. One other thing, because the foot bed is not at all flexible, I’m very aware of the heel of the shoe rubbing against my heel with every step I take so I’m not sure if this is going to be problematic or not. I will write a second review once I’ve had a chance to use these for a few weeks and comment on whether or not they live up to their claims.
They feel great! Love these for the light weight, foamy comfort and ventilation. Great for wearing around the house on tile floors. Back strap/clog conversion feature is convenient. Crocs logo fell off right away. O well. So odd, but so comfy! I suppose they might be a little loose, but my feet don’t really move around in them, so I think I like them this way. Even though it’s plastic, my feet don’t get all weird and sweaty. Very comfy, husband wants a pair too, now. Great shoe! I’m a nurse, and am on my feet constantly at work. These are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever owned for work. I don’t think they look especially great, but I don’t care. The comfort factor of this shoe, more than makes up for the look of this shoe. I love them! Comfy and light – Crocks are comfy and VERY lightweight. I like the looks and they do offer fair ventilation. I did notice one small drawback: When you get them wet, they make a pretty loud scrunchy-squeaky sound when you walk. Crocs Rock! I had friends who had these and recommended them. I didn’t think they would work for me, as I usually need expensive shoes with lots of arch support. I was pleasantly surprised! They provide great support and comfort, and are light as a feather! Even wore them walking all day on vacation with no problems. No “breaking in” needed either. And they’re so cute, in a goofy-looking way. Planning to buy more.
Great, different kind of shoe. This is a great shoe if you want an easy to care for clog or something that is not very expensive. It also brings in many compliments. Realize that the rubber is very flexible and different than say “Birkis” by Birkenstock. Also, the yellow ones get dirty very easily and they look gross when that happens but the other colors stay nice for a long time.
